- New Housing Construction and UPA Buildings Renovation: Groundbreaking is scheduled for January 2008, however, the construction site will be fenced off after finals in December 2007, at which time it will be cleared of concrete, light poles and other obstructions. In addition, several major renovation projects are scheduled for existing UPA buildings. Click here for more information on the new housing construction
- August Payment Installment: If your housing is not paid for by Financial Aid your next installment payment is due on August 1st. Check your myNorthridge Portal to see the exact amount. A late fee will be assessed on all payments not received by the 10th of August.
Attention students who have contracted for 2008-2009 academic year. Your first payment is due July 23rd according to your license agreement. If you miss the first payment due July 23rd, 2008 it will result in your contract being cancelled and your bedspace will be given to another student.
