The University Village Apartments at CSUN is a pleasant alternative for your housing needs and provides guests with a wide range of amenities, including the convenience of being within walking distance of classrooms, libraries, laboratories, administrative offices, and other campus facilities.

Guest Housing offers 3 modern hotel-style suites at daily rates to university related guests such as visiting professors, college administrators from other campuses conducting business at CSUN and parents of students who reside in CSUN Resident Halls. Participants in University programs and workshops are applicable also. Guests utilizing these suites must be affiliated with the educational mission of the university.

• 26" Flat screen Living Room TV and a 19” Flat screen Bedroom TV
• Includes free Direct satellite TV
• 2 full sized luxurious beds and a sleeper sofa
• Alarm clock, iron & ironing board
• Complete kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a complete set of cooking supplies such as pots, pans, dishes and utensils

**Only the ground floor suite is ADA accessible with the same amenities as the standard rooms. Please let us know if you need special accommodations.

**Cleaning service and linen exchange is provided for guests staying longer than seven days. There is a $25.00 fee for additional cleaning or linen exchange requests.

Reservations
Inquiries about reservations may be made by phoning the Conference Services office at (818) 677-4986, or by fax at (818) 677-7308. All Guest Housing reservations requests are made through email to ndotto@csun.edu and confirmations require a credit card guarantee and a letter of confirmation. Space is limited, so early reservations are recommended. Reservations are reserved in the order which request and deposits are received in the Conference Services Office.

Holiday Black-out Dates
Guest Housing suites are closed and not rented during the winter break from December 18, 2009 to January 5, 2010 and the Spring break from April 2, 2010 to April 12, 2010.

Guest Housing Check-in Requirements
An email does not constitute a commitment of Guest Housing. A completed credit card authorization form and a Letter of Confirmation are required for reservations to be confirmed on the housing calendar. Only a credit card guarantee and a Letter of Confirmation will guarantee a guest housing reservation and must be presented at the time of check-in.

Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is Monday through Friday between the hours of 1:30 pm and 4:30 pm only at the Conference Services Office in Building 9 located next to the Student Housing Mailroom. The Conference Services Office is closed on weekends and all major holidays. Check-out time is 10:30 am. A late check out needs to be prearranged with Guest Housing prior to your last day or you will be charged for an additional night.

Parking
Parking permits are required in all University parking lots. Permits can be purchased from the parking booth in lot G4 from a service attendant or in parking structure G9 from a vending machine. Both lots are accessible from Zelzah Avenue.
