CSUN's on-campus housing offers a wide array of amenities, activities and services. Applications for the 2009/2010 academic year will be available in February 2009. Priority will be given to students who submit completed license agreements and deposits by April 10, 2009. License agreements and deposits received after April 10, 2009, will be processed on a first come frist served basis. Space is limited.

University Park
Residents in University Park have the option to live in The Apartments or The Suites and will enjoy wireless internet, swimming pools, sports courts and key card security.

The Suites

• New for 2009: designed for first-year students
• Two-person bedrooms, furnished
• Semi-private baths (1 per every two bedrooms)
• Spacious living lounge and study lounge
• Meals served at central dining room, bringing students together for a heightened community experience

The Apartments

• An excellent choice for any undergrad
• Two-bedroom, one bath, furnished (four students total)
• Living room/dining area
• Private patios
• Most with kitchens (those without a kitchen must purchase a meal plan)
