The Honors Living Learning Community provides a space for a special community of University scholars to exchange ideas about the world at large, classes, books, music, etc., in a mutually supportive living environment. Programs and activities allow honors students to engage with peers who have similar intellectual and social goals, to both enjoy the advantages of campus life and experience the larger cultural world of Los Angeles. Students living in the Honors community have their own dedicated computer lab and lounge.

Students who have been accepted to University's Honors at Entrance GE Honors Program are encouraged to apply to the Honors LLC. First-year freshmen and continuing students who have been accepted into the GE Honors Program are also warmly welcomed to apply to the Honors LLC. Northridge Presidential Scholars are eligible, as well as students accepted into departmental honors programs (such as Business Honors or the English Honors Option).
