The University Village Apartment complex is a community of one and two bedroom apartments located at the north end of the campus of California State University, Northridge. Situated in a large park-like setting, ten residential buildings encircle a common grassy area ideally suited for relaxing and recreation. The grounds are enclosed by a perimeter fence, which provides a secure environment for all, especially the many families who call The Village home.

The complex includes 56 one and 48 two bedroom units each with one bath. The UVA has a community building which includes a large recreation room available for gatherings. In addition, the laundry facilities, mailboxes, and on-site manager’s office are located within this building. An outdoor swimming pool and modern play structure are adjacent to the community building for the enjoyment of The Village families.

The University Village Apartments are located in the block surrounded by Lassen, Zelzah, Devonshire, and Lindley Streets. The main campus is easily accessible by walking, bicycling, and nearby bus routes. Shopping and other community services are conveniently located.

One bedroom apartments include a dining bar while two bedroom units have a separate dining area. Bedrooms contain large, easily accessible closets and there is a separate linen closet in each unit.
